Is it possible to buy any type of transit fare pass on the Vamos app to qualify for an Uber credit?
Yes, you can purchase any kind of transit fare pass on the Vamos app to be eligible.

Can you apply multiple Uber credits to a single purchase?
No, you cannot. You can only use one $5 Uber credit at a time.

Does a $5 Uber credit have to be used in one booking, or can you use a partial amount?
A $5 Uber credit must be used during one booking. You won’t have the option to use less or more, and it will automatically apply to your next Uber trip.

What happens if an Uber credit does not cover the full amount charged for the Uber trip?
If an Uber credit does not cover the full amount charged for the Uber trip, you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance.

Can you use the Mobility Incentives card to pay for Uber trips through the Vamos app? 
Yes, you can use the Mobility Incentives card to pay for Uber trips specifically through the Vamos app. Currently, you are not able to purchase Uber trips through the Uber app.

Does the origin and destination have to be within SJ County? 
No, the origin and destination does not have to be within San Joaquin County.
